  Nice location for shopping and commuting - lived here for 4 years when I worked here temporarily as a non Colorado native because I wanted to be close to work. The connected park is gorgeous, just beware of letting small dogs run loose they will be eaten by coyotes. No complaints about the apartments and amenities, just the PRICE they are monsters. Went up during my stay from $1200 to $2000 for my NON RENOVATED unit, don't be fooled if you are at the top of your budget it will only get worse over time. My bf got stage 4 cancer and couldn't work but they didn't care about honoring our original entry price because they had enough demand they don't care if they force you to leave. Also the neighborhood is so uppity only good food nearby is all corporate chains no good mom and pop shops gotta go to poor areas for any actual good authentic foods.
